2026 workshops are being added. Choose from a selection below by clicking the “Shop Workshops” or “Shop Sprouts”. We hope you’ll enjoy creating in-person at our greenhouse or at home with our Take and Make option as much as we enjoyed creating them. Workshops include materials, instructions, and care tips for your living creation. We love sharing what we’ve learned to help you succeed in your own cultivations. Happy Planting!

Hawks Workshops
2026 workshops are being added. Each workshop is available in a Take & Make Virtual format or In-Person. All in-person workshops begin at 10 am unless specified otherwise and take no more than an hour. Click below for further details.

Sprouts Kids Club
2026 Sprouts classes are ready to go, and we can’t wait for you to see the fun projects we’ve planned! Little hands will need a grown-up helper, so get ready to play in the dirt together. Be sure to check pick-up dates, click below for details, and share your photos with us!
We are excited to share our 2026 workshops with you, complete with some new offerings we think you’ll love. The in-person class size is limited to 12 people. Slots tend to fill up quickly. The good news is that all workshops are also available as Take & Make kits with directions via either a YouTube video or an instruction sheet depending on steps needed to complete the project. If a video is included, you will have up to 48 hours to watch the video.
Because there are many classes and the material is ready on different dates, you need to pick up the Take & Make kits on the scheduled pick up day. We don’t have the facility to hold ingredients at their peak for longer than a day. Kindly plan accordingly, as materials will be restocked if not picked up. Refunds are offered for classes canceled by 6 pm on the Wednesday before class only. (We’re sure you understand, with all of the kits being assembled, plant quality cannot be maintained efficiently when bagged up for long periods of time.)
Sprouts Kids classes are Take & Make. Pick up any time between 10:00 am & 5:00 pm on each Friday listed. We’ve added new classes and kept some of your favorites. *If you are participating in an in-person class on Saturday as well, feel free to pick up your Sprouts kit then so you don’t have to make 2 trips. Hope you enjoy them as much as we did creating them.
