Our Commitment to You
Hawks will plant, grow, and carefully maintain your baskets in our climate-controlled greenhouses until your scheduled pick-up date. This is the first year of our updated Pre-Order Program, and we’re excited to offer a curated selection of stunning combinations in a variety of colors and sun exposures. Even more options are planned for next season.

Pick-Up Dates (2026): May 25 – June 7

Please ensure these dates work with your schedule before placing an order. Any baskets not picked up by June 7 will be returned to the greenhouse sales floor.

Refund Policy

Once your order has been planted—or after March 31, whichever comes first—we are unable to issue refunds. Cancellations made prior to planting or March 31 will receive a full refund in the form of a Hawks Greenhouse gift card. No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
